1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device, remember your preferences, and collect information about how you use the site.

This policy explains how Zentrix Talent Solutions Ltd (“Zentrix”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on zentrixtalent.co.uk. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

Our use of cookies is governed by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

2. Cookies we use

We use two categories of cookies on this website:

2.1 Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the website to function. They do not collect information about you for marketing purposes, and they cannot be switched off. Under PECR, strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent.

  • Third-party social media tracking cookies
  • Fingerprinting or device identification techniques
  • Cookies that track your browsing activity across other websites

4. Managing your cookie preferences

When you first visit our website, a banner will appear at the bottom of the screen asking for your consent for non-essential cookies. You can choose to accept all cookies or accept essential cookies only.

Your preference is stored locally on your device for 12 months. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies or local storage and revisiting the site, at which point the banner will reappear.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. The links below take you to the cookie management pages for common browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Cookies and site data

Blocking all cookies may affect the functionality of this website. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off in our systems.

5. Third-party services

Our website is built on Next.js and hosted on Vercel. Form submissions are processed by Supabase (database) and Resend (email delivery). These providers may set their own session cookies as part of normal infrastructure operation. We have data processing agreements in place with all providers.

Embedded content from third-party services (such as Spline 3D scenes) may set their own cookies. We minimise third-party embeds and do not use social media embed codes that track users.

6. Updates to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies we use or when regulatory requirements change. The current version is always published on this page with the date of last update shown above.
