The Founder

Mahima Kuruk
Director, Zentrix

Before founding Zentrix, Mahima worked inside the operations Zentrix now supports: BPO delivery, healthcare administration, and FinTech build-outs. That background shapes how the team briefs, screens, scopes, and escalates.

She started Zentrix because too many agency conversations were built around CV volume instead of operational fit. Zentrix was built around the opposite idea: understand the work first, then recommend the route.

The model is simple: UK-facing ownership, India delivery capability where it adds value, and clear responsibility from brief to outcome.

2014 - 2018

BPO Operations Manager

Ran contact centre and back-office operations, managing shift planning, quality, escalation, and client reporting.

2018 - 2021

Healthcare Administration Lead

Managed administration workflows, workforce planning, and operational staffing inside regulated healthcare environments.

2021 - 2023

Head of Talent, FinTech Scale-up

Built an internal talent function from scratch, supported contractor hiring, and helped technical teams scale under pressure.

2024

Founded Zentrix

Started the agency she wished had existed during every role above: focused lines, UK accountability, and India delivery capability where it makes sense.

to on every brief.

We do not operate a volume desk.

Four specialist desks. Each brief goes to the consultant who understands that sector. We are not routing your requirement through a generalised team.

One contact from brief to placement.

The person who takes your brief is the person who fills it. No handoffs to junior coordinators mid-process. No re-briefing required.

Compliance is included, not invoiced separately.

IR35 status determinations, DBS checks, right-to-work verification, occupational health coordination — included. Not extras that appear on an invoice after the placement.

We tell you if we cannot fill it.

If a role is outside our capability, we say so within four working hours. We do not sit on briefs and go quiet. Your time is worth more than our optimism.

No retainer. No lock-in.

We do not ask for exclusivity or retainers on the first brief. We earn the next engagement by delivering on this one.

The brief is a conversation, not a form.

We ask about team structure, working environment, what happened with the last hire. The job spec tells us what you need. The call tells us who will actually work.
